Thermaltake New Year’s Sweepstakes: Terms and Conditions
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable country, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Below is a summary of eligibility which describes the conditions required to participate in the "Thermaltake New Year's Sweepstakes"
Official Rules:
1.All the Thermaltake Corp. staff and their relatives can not participate in "Thermaltake New Year's Sweepstakes".
2.For fairness, each person can not repeat the sweepstakes’ winner.
Timing:
The draw begins and ends on dates as specified in sweepstakes description.
General Conditions:
1.Thermaltake may require possible winners to provide proof of identity for collection of the prizes or the prize may be forfeited.
2.If response from a possible winner is not received within 14 days after the first attempt to contact such possible winner, the prize shall be forfeited and Thermaltake may select another participant from the remaining eligible participants to win the prize in his/her place.
3.Any prize announced may be substituted by a prize of approximately the same value without further notice if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
4.All prize winners shall bear the tax based upon the local law and governmental regulations in their countries.
5.Thermaltake reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
